My Story

My mother gave me the Irish name Torian for some reason that is still beyond me to this day. I have assumptions. Maybe she knew this world was going to be hard and she wanted me to be a fighter. Maybe she just liked how it sounded.

She also gave me a love for reading and writing. It was my father that gave me someting to talk about, though. His life was exciting and dangerous. Some of that danger leaked it’s way into my life and gave me a new perspective of the world. I could have what ever I wanted so long as I was brave enough to try and take it.

I fell into science fiction on accident. Late night scrolling through channels as a kid and Dragon Ball was playing.

Those philosophies touched me. The futuristic world and tech enraptured my understanding of storytelling. I wanted nothing to do with reality since.
